Goods with defects
If it were to happen that your item arrives damaged, we would ask you to take a picture which clearly shows the damage, and send it to email@example.com. We will also ask to include in the attachment the invoice proving your purchase + a picture of the packaging.
After reviewing the submitted data, we will then be able to send you a new item. For that we would need you to send us the damaged one. All the return costs will be covered by us.
Important: the quality and standing of every item is closely inspected before it leaves the warehouse. Please thoroughly inspect the item before using. Used items are not going to be changed for new ones.
Goods with defects
If your item does not work as it should, please read the attached manufacturer’s warranty instructions. More often than not, you will find your solution right there.
However, if the solution to the problem won’t be found even after that, or if you will still need more information on how to change the item, our recommendation is to contact the manufacturer directly. Their contact information will be found on the warranty paper inside the box.
You have the right to return or change an item for 36 months after the date of delivery.
Receiving the wrong items
Even though we do our best and manually inspect each and every package before shipping them out, we are still human and errors do happen. If having unwrapped the item you will see that it is not the one you wanted, we will honestly change it for what it was meant to be. You will just have to send us a picture of the item along with an invoice to firstname.lastname@example.org
How long does it take to get a refund?
After you return the item, we will refund you within 7 days after having received the shipment. Of course, the returned goods must meet some conditions:
- They need to be returned within 14 days after receiving them, in original packaging and condition.
- They must come back to us, therefore we highly recommend to save the shipping certificate to prove you sent them.
- They mustn’t be used.
